Designed and launched the MVP, then led the architecture reviews as it grew.
The part I remember is the move to new servers: load estimates, monitoring, SOPS, deploy — the unglamorous half of a migration, which is also the half that decides whether it works.
Also built photo and video capture for the penalty system, running at roughly 700 GB of data a month.
